VFW members from Eagle River took this Saturday morning halibut charter.  Helping them  bring home some tasty ones  were Capt John and Rachel.

Getting an early morning start on halibut fishing friday were Dan Fischer, Jolene “live bait” and Darlene “no bait”. Happy to drive this charter were Captain Dan and deckhand Mike.

A bright sunny and calm Cook Inlet afternoon was just what  halibut fishermen Tony, Ray, Porter, Inge, Michael, Jerry, Abby and Harry had ordered.  Capt Dan and deckhand Mike were happy to deliver them their limit of  halibut.

A joyful day of fishing with Heidi and her dad Gary, Curtis and his son Robert, brothers Bernie and Dewayne.  Joining them were the newlyweds Inge and Porter.

Showing off their alaskan halibut are the Lincecum party, Ed and Denis Petit, along with Great Grandpa Jack who caught the two largest ones.

Mary Lynch stands proudly next to her 78lb alaskan halibut. Also fishing with her were the Goddard family from Green Bay and Ed Flemming.  In the center, TW smiles with satisfaction over his 82 pounder.

Taking the afternoon charter,  Brian Higgins along  with Ernie, Brett, and Brett joined TW and Jeremy Goddard aboard the HERS TOO.

Enjoying a Monday morning of fishing halibut were Steve Kull and buddies from New York, Lynn and Barb, brothers Tom and Mike Taake (Mauston, WI), and  Albert  (U.S. servicemen)

A family and friends day of halibut fishing for the Woods’ with  Capt John and Rachel.

The Higgins’ chartered a full boat and came back with alaskan halibut.  Brian shows off  one  of  Cook Inlet’s other fish “The Cod”.

Despite the cloudy day the Plourde 5, Art Keller,  and Stewarts caught their limit of alaskan halibut. Capt Dan and with deckhand Mike piloted the charter.

An exceptional day of halibut fishing with the Nigl and Fontenot families.  Kathy returned this summer to spend time with us, her son Rusty, and many friends.

Traveling from Europe and the lower 48, Chris Semchuk and his buddies experienced fun and fellowship fishing halibut.

It was a great day of halibut fishing with Jim, a very young Steve, Jeff, Mr Pickett and his guest, Brian, and Dallas. Providing the fun were Capt Dan and Mike.

A wonderful, sunny, and short sleeved day of halibut fishing with Mr Hylton, Pete Teller and his boys, along with the Pevey group.  Capt Dan and Mike our beloved WI deckhand  crewed  this charter.

Daugherty  family and Zuccolotto 3 enjoyed a BEAUTIFUL  day with a NICE hanging of Alaskan halibut. Capt Jake and Sam his deckhand smile with approval.
