Ham’s FRIDAY FISH FRY…these halibut didn’t stand a chance from getting tossed into the boat and frying pan on the last friday in July.
The Overvold 6 went halibut fishing with Capt Dan and Rachel, catching 12 of the “fine eating” ones.
COUPLES WHO FISH TOGETHER…the Keough’s and Shepard’s went halibut fishing with the Sarff’s who recently tied the knot!! The big catch, of course, went to the newlyweds.
SPECIAL CHARTER…for Capt Dan as his father and uncle joined the Mill’s fishermen on board the Hers.
ALL SUNSHINE AND SMILES:-)….and alaskan halibut caught by the VanHook’s , Mr. Scholes, and Harry. Capt Dan returned to charter these fishermen with his #1 deckhand Mike.
Steve and Peyton had a great time halibut fishing with Capt John and Rachel. Taking a second charter in 3 days, the Robinson fishermen enjoyed the time spent fishing and sightseeing experience.
Taking a day to “sit back” from working on airplanes, Mr Holliday took the family halibut fishing with Mike our deckhand.
Dr Barcia and family, bringing some beautiful weather from Hawaii, caught some good-sized halibut aboard the Hers. Capt Rusty, on his last charter of the season, and Rachel our deckhand joined in.
Al Meier and George “filled the boat” with fishermen and their limit of fresh alaskan halibut.
Mike Powers, leaning on his son, and family chartered the Solo to catch these alaskan halibut.
On Sunday afternoon, cold rain did not deter the Mullins and Carmen fishermen from “bringing up” these alaskan halibut.
Greg and Debbie Shepard went halibut fishing with the Robinson fishermen. Departing at 5am aboard Solo were Capt John and Rachel.
Posing victorious under this rack of halibut are the Clouse and Schleppenbach fishermen, joined by Capt Rusty and Mike our deckhand.
“KING(S) FOR A DAY” Catching the last halibut of the morning, Kelly reeled in this whopper measuring 53″ and weighing 72 pounds.
Mark Truog was all “thumbs up” with his second halibut fishing trip of the season. Even on a rainy day his fellow fishermen enjoyed the charter, cold beverage, and the story-telling of Capt John.
Chartering out of Deep Creek, these young Jacobson and Linder fishermen caught some nice halibut. Providing the experience were Capt Rusty, deckhand Mike, and proud parents.
The weather didn’t deter Wade Lacey and his fellow fishermen, returning with their limit of halibut. Rain soaked Capt Rusty and deckhand Mike are all smiles.
NO BIRD WATCHING HERE!!! No seagull (sorry Ray) could stop these six fishermen from catching halibut and enjoying their time aboard Solo. Capt John and his deckhand Rachel were happy to provide the charter.
The Harreld fishermen and Greg Rentov started the weekend off on Friday afternoon catching these alaskan halibut. Capt Rusty and our deckhand Mike were the crew on this charter.
